    Can you be pregnant and eating plant based diet?

    The answer is YES! I’m in fact 17 weeks pregnant, and I’m and the baby is perfectly healthy, and we meet all our needs. The fact is that by eating plant based your baby gets more nutrients, than it would if you where eating a standard western diet. You will be less likely to suffer from, severe morning sickness and other things consider normal in pregnancy. You will easily get all nutritions needed and some does not need to take ekstra vitamins from prenatal vitamins, depending where you live and what your diet is you will need more or less vitamins.
