I love danish gingerbread cookies (brunkager), but I often buy them because of the time it takes to make the dough and all the ingredients I’ll never use for something els.
But this year I’ve have found vegan gingerbread dough, ready made, so I just have to roll it out and cut it.
Lots of traditions and lots of things to do in the holiday season, and why not make it a bit easier for yourself?
I have, especially kept it pretty simple this Christmas now we have Aria (4 month old).
I use the dough from SR FOOD 250g per pack, I role it out and cut it with my Christmas cookie cutters, and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven on 175 celsius, 4 SR FOOD brunkagedej packets for filling a medium cookie tin.
