Blogmas day 19 – Grønlangkål (shredded kale)

This is a danish old recipe, that is often eaten in the holiday season and is one of my favorites. It tastes better, than it looks I assure you.

Ingredients :

1 pack of frozen shredded kale

50g vegan butter

1-2 tablespoons flour

1 dl plant based milk

1 dl veggie broth

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon peper

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan medium heat, then add the flour in while whisking, when it has gathered whisk in the rest of the ingredients when it boils it is done and ready to serve with potatoes, also you can choose to eat some fake meat with this.
