    Why do I love smoothies that much?

    I LOVE smoothies, and why is that? I fell in love with smoothies at one of the darkest times of my life, I was recovering from an eating disorder. At that point I was afraid of eating, afraid if I did eat it would turn into a binge, the only thing that I could get down and feel comfortable with was smoothies, smoothies gave me the strange to get my life back on track.     What I eat to get energy, when I have a bad day

    I’ve had a lot of bad days lately, to be honest I feel like shit and not good enough, as a mum and as a fiancé, due to my extreme fatigue, and other personal problems. Today I got diagnosed with depression again, and my anxiety attacks has come back too.   The first thing I need in the morning is a smoothie, with 3 bananas and berries, to get hydrated and get enough carbohydrates to get me started. Then the brain fog disappears for some hours, then around 11.00 a.m. I get hungry again and need another 3 banana smoothie with greens. 2.00 p.m. I will properly feel a bit dizzy…

    How is it going with my New Years resolutions?

    The last 6 months has just passed by so fast I don’t know where they have gone! Here is a overview of my New Year resolutions for 2018. Get Aria (daughter) in a better daily routine especially bedtime (Sleep training). Work hard to be able to work from home, and have a good income by doing so. Internet detox every Sunday. Yoga every day at least 20 minutes. Get time to read the Bible. Walk Aria in the baby carriage at least 5 days a week. Meal plan and Meal prep every week. Get the daily chores done early.
