I’ve hated the way I looked most of my life, I’ve hated 99% of myself most of my life.
I think lots of people feel this way, and I think parents should do more of an effort to get their children to believe in themself and the way they look. Parents have to love themself and accept themselves too, it is a bit like “who came first the chicken or the egg”?
I’ve hated the way I look, the way I feel, the way I am, the way I think, the way I talk. Today I love the way I look, even though I haven’t been able to lose the baby weight due to antibiotics, this last year. I love the way I feel and accept all my feeling, I love the way I am, I like the way I talk.
It has taken a lot of time and a lot of self-development, I’ve worked with different therapists, the therapists doesn’t do the work you do, but they might get you seeing siturations in a different light.
I’ve build up my self-confidence, I am a perfect as I am also with all my imperfections. I am unique, and I love my uniqueness, I’m grateful for my past, my past has been so shitty, but I’m grateful for everything, because it has made me, the me I am today.
When I started treating my body with respect, giving my body the right nutrition, my body thanked me. Treat your body as your best friend, and your body becomes your best friend.
All the fad diets, and all the body shaming, all the negativ thinking, all the work out trends, nothing will make you love your body.
You don’t beat your best friend up every time you are together right?
Don’t beat up your body all the time.
With a vegan diet, I became best friends with my body, to bridge the gap, to ensure I always get enough nutrients I take Juice Plus+ supplements.
You will never love yourself, no matter how you look, if you don’t treat your body as your best friend.
“The future depends on what you do today”
